- Contact us within 10 days of receiving a damaged or incorrect item.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Return/exchange requests must be made within 10 days of delivery.
- A proof of purchase is required (confirmation email or WhatsApp receipt).
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping costs are covered if the item is faulty or incorrect.
- ScentsRadiant may decline returns that don’t meet the above conditions.
